Commuters should be aware of the following road conditions as they navigate the week of Oct. 5:

In Sonoma County: 

  • On Highway 12 between Trinity Road and Arnold Drive expect one-way traffic control from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday night/Tuesday morning through Thursday night/Friday morning.
  • Also on Highway 12 between Melita Road and Trinity Road expect one-way traffic control from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday night/Tuesday morning through Thursday night/Friday morning.
  • Sonoma Mountain Road in Bennett Valley will be subject to traffic control for brush cutting on Oct. 6 and 7.  Delays are to be expected and alternate routes are recommended.
  • Also on Sonoma Mountain Road in Bennett Valley, roadwork will cause traffic delays from Oct. 1 through Oct. 5.  Alternate routes are recommended.

In Marin County:

On Highway 101, between Central San Rafael and North San Pedro Road commuters can expect various lane changes in both directions, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., and various ramps from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
